All Treatments

Each session is an invitation to soften out of the thinking mind and return to the wisdom of the body.

Music moves softly through the space, opening a doorway that speaks to the soul, drawing your senses inward into your inner world.

Your breath naturally deepens, the body softens, and the outside world slowly fades, allowing tension and emotion to release in a way that feels grounding and restorative.

You don’t have to think.  You don’t have to do.  The work meets you exactly where you are, opening a space for deep release, realignment, and healing to naturally unfold.  There is space here to feel, to release, to reset.

Each treatment offered here is simply a different way of meeting the body where it is. There is no forcing or fixing – only listening, responding, and allowing the body’s own wisdom to lead. When the body is given time, attention, and respectful touch, it knows how to soften, recalibrate, and restore itself.

Deep Tissue Massage

This treatment honours the body’s deeper layers, where stress and emotion are often held.

Through slow, respectful deep tissue work, tension is met with awareness, allowing both the physical body and its energy to soften and realign in a way that feels supportive rather than invasive.

Over time, daily pressures, stress, injury, or illness can settle into the deeper layers of the body.  What begins as emotional or mental strain is often carried physically, showing up as tension, pain, compensation, and imbalance.

Through slow, respectful deep tissue work, these deeper layers are met with awareness rather than force, allowing the body and its energy to soften, realign, and release what it has been holding.

This can support relief from many areas such as the shoulders, neck, and back, while also helping to ease fatigue, lethargy, and a sense of depleted life-force energy.

Energy Release Massages

ERM is a form of deep tissue massage working with the myo- (muscles) fascia (connective tissue). A part of the treatment can also include breath-work, assisted stretches and emotional work.

Connective tissue (fascia) is a tissue that is present throughout your whole body. Through deep sensitive touch, we can help work on the cause of the pain as the cramped muscles and connective tissue release, we can educate the client on what creates the spasm, such as emotional repression, negative beliefs and dysfunctional habits and behaviour. Education is an important part of healing chronic pain.

After treatments you will feel more flexible in your body and you can enjoy more freedom of movement.

Rebalance & Renew Massages

This massage is designed to restore harmony within the body.  Through rhythmic, nurturing touch, it supports circulation, relaxation, and energetic balance, helping the body recalibrate and feel more grounded. It is a space to reset, replenish, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.

Crystal Energy Release Massage

Incorporating the effectiveness of both massage and crystals combined.

Crystal Healing

Emotional or physical ailments arise when energy is blocked or stagnant. Crystals are thought to absorb, focus, or direct energy to remove these blockages.

Everything in the universe vibrates, including human cells, crystals hold stable, high-frequency vibrations that can interact with, rebalance, and unblock the body’s own, more malleable energy fields (or chakras). Crystals, having a very stable, consistent molecular structure, act as tuning forks . When introduced to an unbalanced or “ailing” energy field, the body’s energy is thought to align with the higher, more stable vibration of the crystal.

By placing specific stones on or near the body, or carrying them, practitioners aim to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 

Reiki

Reiki works with universal life-force energy and is a gentle yet powerful energy treatment that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

This treatment works on an energetic level, supporting emotional release, inner calm, and a renewed sense of connection to the body’s own wisdom.

Through light, intentional touch or hands held just above the body, energy flows more freely to where it is most needed, allowing the nervous system to soften supporting emotional release, clarity, and reconnection with the body’s innate wisdom.

Chakra Educational and learning

Learn to use the innate wisdom of your body and mind to help guide you through life’s ups and downs. Gain understanding and knowledge of self and your chakra system, why chakra’s become blocked, how to release the negative energetic patterns to bring you to a wonderful state of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual balance and wellbeing. Learn a process to open the Spiritual heart and to connect to all, on all new levels.

Chakra Balancing

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras.

When we talk about treating chakras we are referring to treating your energetic body.
